Welcome to the official website of Olo Caye Belize (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”). By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and legal notices:
1. Illustrative Nature of Content and Renders
All information, texts, blueprints, specifications, concepts, and visual elements displayed on this website (including, but not limited to, images, three-dimensional renders, videos, and digital simulations) are strictly for illustrative, conceptual, and informational purposes only.
Digital simulations: Architectural renders and artistic images are computer-generated recreations that may not represent a 100% accurate reflection of the final, built reality of the Project.
Modifications without prior notice: The developer reserves the absolute right to make modifications, changes, material substitutions, design adjustments, architectural alterations, and construction schedule variances driven by technical, regulatory, environmental, or market requirements, without any obligation of prior notification or any resulting legal liability.
2. Long-Term Project and Forward-Looking Statements
This is a long-term tourism and infrastructure development project whose initial construction phases are commencing. Statements regarding future progress, economic projections, social impact, or tourism development in Belize represent solely the current leadership’s vision and mission. They do not constitute a binding promise, performance guarantee, investment offering, or a contract of sale.
3. Independence of Identity and New Management
Olo Caye operates under entirely new management, a renewed vision of shared progress, and a leadership team completely independent of any prior development, brand, corporation, or project previously attempted at this or any other location in Belize.
This Project does not assume, expressly or implicitly, any legal, financial, reputational, or contractual liability for actions, omissions, losses, or unfulfilled promises associated with past administrations, trade names, or legacy projects unrelated to the current management.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws of Belize and international law, neither the Project nor its developers, directors, employees, or affiliates shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use this website, or from decisions made by the user based on the simulated information presented herein.
For contractually or legally binding information, interested parties must refer exclusively to the official agreements and contracts signed by mutual consent between the parties.
